Major regeneration plans to transform the centre of Newcastle-under-Lyme are underway with the development of a brand new Public Sector Hub.
Being developed on the site of a former school that has been empty for nearly 10 years the new Hub will combine the Borough Council, County Council, library, registrar and police.
This amalgamation of services will allow for huge financial savings, with several current public sector buildings being able to be disposed of as well as creating a single point of access for local residents to a range of public services.
