This development in the heart of Chester saw an existing building demolished and replaced with two-blocks of high quality student accommodation.
Northgate Point provides 117 new residential units, the majority of which are studio flats with self-contained kitchens. The units have been designed with postgraduate and overseas students in mind and provide them with high spec accommodation available for 51-week lettings.
The exterior of the ground and first floors have been divided vertically to create the impression of town houses to allow the new build to amalgamate better into its surroundings as well as echoing the terraced houses typical of the city.
