Supporting Future Female Engineers

TACE was proud to support the next generation of engineers through our involvement in a Quiz an Engineer event, with Wioletta Gosztyla representing the business and sharing her experience of working in the engineering sector.

Held as part of wider engagement around International Women’s Day, the event provided an opportunity to connect directly with students, answer questions about engineering careers, and challenge perceptions of what a career in the industry can look like. Wioletta spoke openly about her own journey, offering insight into the varied and rewarding paths available within engineering.

At TACE, we are passionate about inspiring young people to consider careers in STEM, and events like this play a vital role in encouraging greater diversity within the profession. Supporting initiatives that help young women see themselves in engineering roles is particularly important to us, as we continue to advocate for a more inclusive and representative industry.
