TACE Attends ‘Your Futures Fair’ at Cheadle College

James Rouen Stout and Wioletta Gosztyla spoke to aspiring engineers about career pathways into engineering and what the day-to-day work of an engineer involves.

The event’s aim was simple but powerful: to raise awareness of local opportunities and help SEN students and young people feel more confident and comfortable exploring pathways into work and training.

We loved speaking with attendees about what engineers actually do day-to-day, the different routes into the industry (including apprenticeships and work experience), and the skills that make a real difference.

A huge thank you to Cheadle College and everyone involved for creating such a supportive, welcoming space. We’re proud to play a small part in helping young people see what’s possible.
