A new build six-storey student/mixed user residential scheme in central Preston which provides the local student population with ’boutique-hotel style’ accommodation.

The new development is made up of 244 student bedrooms, with additional 1, 2 and 3 bed units for post-graduates and apprentices with the ground floor being used as retail space.
