TACE are pleased to have worked with Urban Splash on their second House scheme at Irwell Riverside.
House provides buyers with the flexibility to firstly choose between two styles of house; 1000sq ft home split over two storeys or a 1500 sq ft over three. Once decided then can then choose if they want loft-living (with their living spaces on the top floors) or garden-living (the more conventional layout with living spaces on the ground floor). Once decided they will then be given a series of floorplans for each level to choose from.
The off-site, pre-fabricated approach allows these houses to be built to a higher standard with units ready to drop into place, on spec and within budget.
The houses are fully fitted with integrated smart technology for heating and lighting systems.
