The extension and reconfiguration of an existing retail park in Sheffield.
Three new units were constructed, along with several smaller units, a gym and restaurant whilst the existing units were extensively refurbished. A new decked car park was also be constructed on the site in order to increase the number of spaces from 357 to 559.
The development of this retail park is estimated to create 600 full and part-time permanent jobs to the local community.
