This new eight-floor, 1450 space car park for Liverpool City Council replaced the Echo Arena car park which was destroyed in a fire in 2017.
The new car park will serve visitors for events at the city’s arena, convention and exhibition centre.
The scheme is one of a host of projects across Liverpool that have seen over £90m worth of community and regeneration projects.
