Continuing our work with the Moxy Hotel brand and with Vastint Hospitality we recently worked to deliver a 194-bed hotel in the centre of Chester.
Alongside the bedrooms the hotel comprises of staff facilities, a ground floor entrance lobby and reception, and a commercial gym, and sits on the former Boughton Retail Centre site in Chester.
The hotel’s central location puts the historic city centre of Chester within walking distance for visitors. It is situated on the canal, opposite the Shot Tower residential development, which has seen the regeneration of a former leadworks.
Moxy are continuing to grow their brand within the UK and TACE are thrilled to be working on not only this scheme, but several others around the UK.
