The estate provides a variety of commercial and industrial accommodation ranging in size from 10,000 – 100,000 sq ft. TACE have been responsible for the site infrastructure and master planning with orbit developments design team and project planners to ensure a site wide strategy was developed at the outset. The site houses pharmaceutical operators and financial institutions along with general commercial operators.

There were a number of challenges due to the diversity of the tenants requirements in terms of security of electrical supply and general access security due to the nature of the operators.Kids r us as a tenant on the site also added a further logistical twist in terms of access and egress particularly safe guarding.

TACE provided the detailed design for the whole site and have been involved with the client on the scheme for over 15 years.
