TACE Team Spotlight: Iain Jackson

How did you come to join the team at TACE?

I joined TACE in April 2019 after working for a number of large Building Services companies. I was looking for a role where I could have more influence over the design process & standards, whilst developing my knowledge quickly.

How would you describe the culture at TACE?

It is very positive and there is a friendly atmosphere here. There’s also the benefit of flexibility that you get working for a small company which really helps the work-life balance.

What do you like most about working at TACE?

I like that the project work is so varied, with the company having a good mix of projects, including small refurbishment work, all the way up to large scale projects in pretty much all sectors.

I’ve already been involved in some great projects including 11 York Street (Grade A office building in Manchester), the refurbishment of Manchester Aquatics Centre and Tarleton Academy (new net zero carbon in operation school).
