Lowe House Health Centre was brand new three and four storey, 4800sqm scheme accommodating four local doctors’ surgeries and a range of PCT services.
The £10m scheme, which was procured via the Halton and St Helens, Knowsley and Warrington LIFT, achieved a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM and a 10% reduction in Carbon emissions.
