Alderley Edge Festival Hall is a locally listed building, originally constructed in 1927 to be the home of the Alderley Edge Music Festival.

The development of the hall saw it reshaped and refurbished with the original frontage being removed, along with the entrance foyer, toilet areas and upstairs offices. The existing raised areas within the hall were also be removed to create a large, single level space which will provide more space for the halls future performers.

An extension to the front of the hall was constructed to house Alderley Edge Medical Centre.
