TACE are working with Kier to deliver 491 student apartments for Manchester Metropolitan University on the final plot of the University’s Birley Fields masterplan.
Referred to as ‘Plot E’ the site is being developed to provide 3 buildings, ranging from 6 to 16 storeys.
Accommodation within the buildings will be arrnaged in clusters froups of 8, with shared kitchen/dining facilities and with social and recreational provisions, including a state-of-the-arat gym and numerous group study areas, on the ground floor.
