Tell us about your career journey at TACE

Since joining TACE 8 years ago I have developed from an intermediate engineer to a senior member of the team, managing the day-to-day workload of the mechanical engineering team.

Within the 8 years I have worked here I have been given the support, training and education required to do a HND when I first joined the company to now having achieved a MSc in building services, as well as becoming a low carbon energy assessor with CIBSE.

I am currently awaiting my interview date for Chartership which the company have also supported me to achieve.

What is different about TACE in your opinion?

TACE is a company that invests in young people and really wants to help develop others. I now have the pleasure to help develop other young engineers just as I was developed and guided.

It’s also an enjoyable place to work that appreciates the hard work and effort put in by rewarding the team in in many different ways.
